Attorney Massimo Corio was born in Turin in 1971 and has been a member of both the Turin Bar Association (Italy) and the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacia de Madrid (Spain) for twenty years, with the qualification to practice before the higher courts (attorney before the Supreme Court) in both countries.
After obtaining a degree in Law in Italy and in Derecho in Spain, attorney Massimo Corio completed his university studies by attending, among others, a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in European Community Law and a Doctorate of Research (DEA) in European Studies in Madrid and, in Italy, a 2nd level Master’s Degree in Internet Law.
Attorney Massimo Corio deals with industrial law, intellectual property and competition law, new technology law, European Union law and international trade law; he speaks Italian, Spanish and English.
Attorney Massimo Corio is an intellectual property consultant for several chambers of commerce and a member of the Pro bono support initiative program of the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), as well as an expert in international trade at the Ceip Piemonte (Foreign Center for Internationalization).
Attorney Massimo Corio is a member of ALAI (International Literary and Artistic Association), LES (Licensing Executives Society Italy) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
